STOP!

I know it might be hard, but just stop.
Throw away that knife, keep your lunch down this time, drop that burning metal.
Don't hurt yourself anymore.
You can get helped.
It's going to be hard as hell.
It will take a lot of work.
And, you'll have to keep at it for a while.
But think about it.
Hurting yourself, isn't just hurting you.
It's hurting the ones that love you.
And don't say you have no one.
At least one person truely cares about you.
Weather it be;
Mom, Dad, BestFriend, BoyFriend, or just someone you pass by in the hallway.
You ARE cared about.
Just remember that, the next time you go to cut, purge, burn, or any other self harming.
You Are cared about.

                Don't be rude to her just cause everyone knows she likes you & shes a little weird, or different. Don't laugh at her when she messes up. Don't whisper to your friend mean stuff about her. Don't treat her like shes worthless. Show her respect. Because not one single person is worthless. Don't wish that she would just go away and never come back, because one day, she just might make that wish come true with a a little thing called suicide.

                 Don't say "Eww!" when ever you hear his name. Don't tell your friends that he is such a loser, and you would never give him a chance. Don't laugh in his face when he does something sweet for you. Don't throw the flowers that he gives you on the floor. Don't act like you are above him. Don't treat him like hes not important. Because not one person isn't important. Don't wish that he would never have to see his face again. Because one day he might make your wish come true and kill himself, just to make you happy.
