Mr. Dukette: I have just handed out
a poem. The goal forthe next two weeks is to commit
this poem to memory and then act it out for other classes. Now I
would like you all to read over it
Rayce: Yes! I don't have to marry anyone in this poem!
Mr. Dukette: Actually Rayce if you really wanted to, I could make you be Paris and then Jake could be Helen.
Jake:Hey! I did not volunteer to be Rayce's love interest.
Rayce: Well I didnt volunteer to marry Christine's cousin, but look where that got me.
Jake: You volunteered to marry her.
Rayce: No. I was voluntold
Mr. Dukette: What is voluntold?
Me: It's when you are asked to do something but you don't actually have a choice.
Rayce:Exactly!
