I don't even know. I mean, most of the losing wasn't weight. It was fat. I honestly don't know. I haven't purposely been skipping breakfast, but I wake up so late I just get lunch then dinner. BUT i have this mid-night meal. I call it midmeal. I like eat a lot of snacks. But Idk. I'm happy though <3

Not really. If you don't focus all your life on it, sometimes, it just comes naturally. I wasn't really looking into losing weight, but it just happened. <3
