When you comment on people's quotes there is a button to vote the comment up or down, and i you get a thumbs up you get a comment point, and if you get a thumbs down you lose a comment point. ^o^

You post quotes by clicking the "add a quote" button at the top of the screen then type in whatever you want. And you can post actual quotes from real people, you can post jokes, stories, or funny experiences.
