Say Yes and Be Done With It.
Chapter 5
Jackson's P.O.V
Monday was just around the corner,
and I was insanly excited.
Nicole wasn't in any of my classes, She was a freshman and I
was a Junior.
She was beyond pretty, she had a good attitude, and she was
everything I looked for in a girl.
She created this warm atmosphere, of....something.
I couldn't quite put my finger on it.
Just her presence was a treat to be around.
Anyways, It was Saturday.
I was busy this entire weekend, and even though I wanted to see
Nicole, I couldnt.
I couldn't even text her, because it was going to be one
those short conversations, where I would eventually have to
leave, and she would think she's not fun to talk to. Yeah,
all you girls know that's what happens.
So I let her to whatever she had planned.
Today I was going to go to Kevin's and help clean up from the
party.
His dad was on a buisness trip, and his mom was on vacation, and
they didn't know he had a party.
I knocked on Kevin's door, I knew he was going to be hungover
and I braced myself for his groaning, and complaining.
"Who's there?" He answered, he sounded like he was
on the floor.
"It's me, Kev, Open up."
He groaned, unwilling to lift his liquor drenched body off
the marble floor.
I opened the door with a key I found in a plant.
"What are you doing." He was more hungover than I
imagined.
"Bro, get off your lazy a** and get up, we have to
clean."
"I don't wanna." He sounded like a child.
"Kev, I came here to help, Now get up." If I didn't
have to clean, I would be on my way to Nicole's house right
now.
"Fine, fine, fine, I-I'm getting up." He opened his
eyes, he was cashed.
I got him some ginger ale and told him to go upstairs, He
refused.
"why won't you go upstairs?"
"Jack, do you remember the girl's that were all over me
last night..?"
"There up there?"
"Yeah....and I want them to go home, but they won't
leave."
"Tell them to get up, or your calling the cops."
"whatever, I'm sleeping till noon, night bro."
He slumped upstairs.
I picked up the beer bottles ,and cleaned the kitchen. I vacuumed
a little, and took off.
He owed me big time.
I called Nicole.
"Hello?"Her innocent voice answered.
"Hey there, how'd you sleep?"
"Eh, Could've been better, I was laying on my hairbrush
the whole night."
I laughed.
"Awwh, poor puddycat."
"I know right, But hey I gotta go. My dad is mad at me for
whatever."
"Alright, Bye."
She hung up the phone, but as soon as she hung up, my ex
girlfriend Rachael called.
I ignored it.
&of course, being as stubborn as that girl was, she left a
voicemail.
I listened to it.
"hey, babe, Long time no talk! So, I'm thinking we
should hang out tonight. My place? My parents won't be home.
(I could've sworn I heard a smile slither through her words.)
Hope you come, bye babe."
I went to her house that night.
She opened the door, unsuprised.
I saw the smile that was waiting for my arrival.
"Hey Babe."
Chapter 4.
I did my usual morning routine,
Brush my teeth, Brush my long beautiful blonde hair, get dressed,
and eat pizza for breakfast..♥
I waited for Jackson to text me.
Last night with him, was simply amazing.
It was a good thing that I brushed my teeth, Jackson and I
hadn't made out, but we did kiss a lot. Flirtatious kissing,
not repetative kind.
He scooped me up in his arms and kissed my cheek.
He enjoyed himself, just as much as I did.
Kevin had large acres and had a cattail pond in the back of his
house.
Jackson chased me throughout the night, and of course I
wasn't quick enough.
I would hid in the thrush hold of the cattails, and sneak
around.
He would call out my name " Nicole, where are you
at?"
I slowly crept out of the pond, and leaped onto his back and
kissed his lips lightly.
He took me back into the house, and told everyone I had to
leave.
I thought this was just one of those dates, were the guy just
needed someone to show up with. I assume that's how it
started.
But not how it ended.
I loved him.
Every aspect.
He had no flaws in my eyes, and I would never see one.
I would hope he would clarify if we were in a relationship,
soon.
When he dropped me off at my house, I remember him picking me up
and carrying me inside.
My parents were waiting up for us.
Jackson had carried me into my room, and dropped me in my
bed.
We laughed.
"So your just going to leave me here?" I asked.
"I'll see you Monday morning." He replied, as he
was leaning over me.
I gasped," A whole two days?!" What will I do without
you." I rolled over so he wouldn't see my face.
He kissed my hair.
"Goodnight Lovely."
"I'll see you monday."
"Monday it is."

it, Sorry if it was confusing.:) Say

Chapter 3.
We arrived to the party a bit late,
we stopped by
Jewel Osco to pick up some liquor.
Of course, I wasn't going to drink any, If I ever got caught,
my parents wouldn't even be mad, they would just tell me,
'They are disappointed in me.'
I could never live with that.
We walked into the party, and all eyes flashed to Jackson and
me.
His arm around my waist pulling me closer to him.
I was enjoying myself thoroughly, girls envied being me. I loved
it.
"Jackson!" Kevin exclaimed, as he appeared at the
staircase.
He came rushing downstairs, and before he made the last step of
the staircase, I could smell the alcohol on his breath, I was
disgusted.
"Oh my god, look at you Kevin, you seem to be enjoying
yourself." Jackson looked just as grossed out as I was.
"You know it, bro. Are you drinking with us?" Kevin
looked at Jackson then to me. He lost his train of thought.
" Who...me?" I asked innocently.
"Yes, you." He looked back at Jackson, not completely
loosing his train of thought.
"Jackson, you know shorties like this, get wasted quicker?
Yeah it's all true, Google it, something about being short I
guess."
Jackson smiled and laughed," I'll keep that in mind bro,
But-"
Kevin interrupted," But, if you don't like her by the
end of the night, she can come upstairs with me?"
I interrupted Jackson before he could talk, wrapping both my arms
around his waist,"Sorry Kevin, I'm with Jack for the
night."
Jackson looked at me and smiled, I returned the favor.
"Whatever bro." Kevin stormed off, obviously hurt. But
I think the alcohol made him emotional.
Jackson kissed my cheek,"wanna go somewhere a little more
private?"
I had never been alone with a boy before, unless it was my
cousins.
I forgot where I was going with that thought, but I said Yes
Anyways.
We walked outside to the patio, closed the blinds and we sat in a
Papason couch, My feet were on Jackson's lap as I layed down
against a comfortable pillow.
We talked for awhile, then I fell asleep.
I awoke from slumber, I was in my comforting bedroom.
I smiled, "that was fun."
Say Yes and Be Done With It.
Chapter 2.
I looked into the mirror.
My sequenced purple v-neck accented my curves and my honey
eyes.
I wore cropped jeans with slight rips at the knees ,and blue
converse to make me taller.
I was only 5'3, and I was going out with someone who was
about 10 inches taller than I.
The door bell rang, I looked into the mirror one last time to
check and see if anything was missing...I forgot to brush my
teeth, and put on my Maybeline Falsie's Mascara.
I hurried before it seemed as though I was holding Jackson
up.
Guy's who belong on a Hollister bag don't deserve to have
to wait.
I scurried into my bathroom. I brushed, flossed, and mouth
washed.
I knew at some point at this party, I would end up kissing or
even making out with Jackson.
"Nicole..., NICOLE." I heard my mother scream my name
from downstairs.
I don't think I have ever ran fast enough to my door.
"Yes?" I answered as if I didn't know what she
needed, But I did.
"Your date is here." I saw a smile creep onto my
mothers face.
"You better hurry, I might take this one for
myself."
I thought to myself, "My Gosh, My mother's a
cougar..."
I saw Him. At the end of my stair case.
His smile distracted me. I began running down the staircase. Not
a smart idea.
I tripped over an untied shoe lace.
I was near the end of the stairs, as I tripped.
I stumbled in his arms.
I thought to myself, How pathetic was that...No how
desperate?
He grinned and laughed at my misfortune.
"Okay" I thought to myself, "Maybe not so
pathetic."
After a long minute, He spoke,"Ready to go, Love?"
A smile rose upon my face, flashing my pearly whites.
"Yes."
Say Yes, and Be
Done With it.
Chapter 1.
In Greek mythology, It says humans
were born with:
Four arms;
Four legs;
Two faces;
&Two hearts.
It also says, Zues split the person in half.
He sent one of humans to a different place.
That person is your other half.
Your Soulmate.
The catch is, You only have a lifetime to find your soulmate.
I am Nicole Margaret Stephenson.
& I, am in love.
In love with the idea of love.
Thinking of how there is always someone out there, that is your
other half.
Wonderful things such as that, to think about; Gives me hope.
Hope to find that one person, who you can tie yourself to, in
every way possible.
"Miss Stephenson."
I looked away from my day dreamings.
"Yes, Mrs. Bradley?"
She looked annoyed, I could tell by her unfriendly facial
expression.
"Could you tell the class, what was so enthralling, that you
couldn't pay attention to your notes?"
Anything is more enthralling then listening to this woman
monotonly speak about algebra.
"Nothing, Mrs. Bradley, I was not interested in
anything else, but my notes."
It was a terrible lie.
But judging by the way she looked at me, she had nothing more to
add.
"Okay class, so the homework is-"
The school bell interupted her.
Everyone started to get up and she had anger in her eyes.
"Sit Down, no one dismissed you yet!"
she exclaimed, as everyone else stopped in their tracks.
"The homework is on page 744 1-30 odd, That is all. You may
go."
The hallways were filled with gossip, and crowds of people.
There was no such thing as "excuse me" or "I'm
sorry."
Everyone just shoved and pushed until they made their way through
the clutter.
"Nicole, Hey girl, Come over here!"
A voice called from a group of boys.
Suddenly, a guy, who I had recongized from the swim team,
emerged from the group.
"Nicole, come over here, please."
Since he said please, I made my way over.
"So Nicole" he began.
"Your single, Right?"
"Uhm, Yes, I am. Why?"
I could feel my cheeks getting hot.
"Well, you see, there is this party tonight, and I want you
to be my date."
I couldn't refrain myself from smiling, because I loved being
asked this question.
" Who's this party for?" I was babbling, all I had
to do was say yes and be done with it.
" It's for Kevin, He's turning 17-"
He stopped speaking, rubbing his neck nervously.
Then reality hit, I had no idea what his name was.
"Sorry to interupt, but what is your name?" ,I asked
nervously.
"Jackon Conrad, Sorry, I forgot to tell you, and you
don't even know who I am. Sorry for asking."
He began walking ahead.
"Hey wait! I will go with you.!" ,I found myself
blurting out.
His cheeks were flushed, as his eyes dropped to his feet.
I took control, I wrote down my address and phone number on his
hand.
" I'll pick you at 7."
I smiled,"See you then."
(It is just the intro, I promise it will get better.:)& I
might change the title. I don't know what else call it. Any
ideas?)
She
looks away in defeat; as he lifts his fingers to her chin. She
closed her eyes for it was easier than crying. He's still staring
at her, as she opens them up again. He's searching for something,
like he was lost in thought. Staring into the piercing eyes of
this beautiful girl, he finally speaks. "Your fake, You cry
yourself to sleep night after night, and come here with a big
smile on your face and act like it never happened, like your life
is perfect." That did it. She broke down into tears and there was
nothing she could do about it. Before she could defend herself,
he said: I don't you ever doing that again, I don't want your
fake smile, I don't want you putting on a show for everyone. I
want you to be happy. Her eyes are dry as her cheeks are dripping
with sorrow. Before she knew it, they were kissing, lips
touching, sparks flying, as if it was something she was missing
this whole time. He spoke softly into her ear, "I love you."
