I almost hate the word beautiful. I mean, don't get me wrong, it's always nice to hear...but it's just so overused and generic. If you really want me to listen, compliment the little things, the small details, and you'll really make me feel extraordinary.

I was hanging out with a few of my guy friends at our local fair, and I was in the worst mood ever and having a horrible day. My hair was a mess, my make-up was smeared, and it was raining like a boss mixed in with the heat making it very humid and me very sweaty (ew I know). As we were walking through the booths, my friends are all joking around and I remain quiet. But then out of no where a random lady comes up to me and says "You are Very Beautiful." I was so flattered, and I thanked her and told her the world needed more people like her. Because of her, each day I am going to tell one girl I don't know that she is beautiful. Who knows, maybe one day I'll say it to you and meet a witty sister? :) <3
This woman gives me hope.
