One Way Street

Chapter 3 Hevens Pov

I unfolded the note under
my desk so the teacher wouldnt see. I had
to slowly unfold it so it didnt make
any noise. I
wonder who it was from?
It read;
Hey, Heven, want to go
to the mall this weekend? We
can find you a cute guy ;)! It will just be
me and you. We need
to have a day to ourselves again.
From, Claire
I looked over at her, a smile on
my face. I missed
hanging out just the two of us.
When she saw me, I nodded.
Her face lit up, and I couldnt wait for the weekend!

The week dragged by, but Friday finally came, I
couldnt stay still.
I got home from school. It
was two. I had an hour and a half 'till
Claire picked me up. I took a half hour
shower. I needed it to think.
I got changed into something cute.

I grabbed my black
sunglasses and slid them to
the top of my head.
It was now two-fifty-seven.
Next, and last, step, makeup and jewelry.

I finished with perfect timing, too.
I looked out the window and saw Claire pulling into
the driveway.
She beeped her horn and I jumped in.
"Ready?" Claire asked.
"yup" I said, popping the 'p'.
We walked through the mall doors, and my eyes instantly caught
sight of this gorgeous boy. He
had shaggy brown hair,
was a little taller than me, and definately
had muscle. He looked around my age which was good.
I was about to walk over when Claire
yanked me into Hollister. Great!
Theres millions of people
in this mall. What are the chances Im going
to see him again? I sighed.
I guess Im going to have to stay the only single
fifteen year old at Oaple Highschool.


Sorry its kind of boring right now! It will get better.
I am SOO sorry I havent posted in days. My laptop wouldnt
charge right.

Chapter 2                                                         Hevens Pov

"Um...she dumped me. For Alec"
Koby murmurred the last part. Not again, I thought.
"Koby Im so sorry. She doesnt deserve you. Why do you keep
running back to her?" He took a moment to think.
"I dont know. She just...finds
ways to manipulate me in to believing
she wont hurt me again" He doesnt look at me.
We are almost at my school, the
silence still in the air, when
he says, "Now, who are you trying to impress today?"
he asks.
"What?" "You look beautiful today. Not that you
dont everyday but today...you stand out." He smiled
at me, causing the butterflies
in my stomach to flutter. "No one" I say, simply.
"I see. Well, whoever sees you today is going to fall for you
so remember to smile" He winks at me as he
pulls into the school. I grab my bag and hop out.
I walk over to my group of friends.
We weren't the 'popular'
group, but everyone knew us.
"Someones looking hot today" my best friend, Claire,
says. She hugs me, then goes back
to kissing her boyfriend, Nick.
Kelvin and I talked for a while. Everyone
knew he liked me.
I turned and saw Danielle walking down
the hall with Erik.
They were holding hands. FINALLY they got
together! The bell rang
and our group walked to first
period. Claire and Nick, Danielle and Erik, Kelvin, and
I. Even though Kelvin and i weren't
the closest people, I didnt want to ruin
our friendship. It
took me over a year to be friends
with Koby again. I didnt want to think of that right
now, so I doodled in my notebook.
Just as I was about
to fade into my daydreams,
a note landed on my desk.

Sorry its kind of boring right now! It will get better.

Chapter 1                                                     Hevens Pov

Beep! Beep! Beep! My annoying alarm clock rang on for another
five minutes. Finally, I got up. I got dressed and went to my bathroom.
As I was brusshing my long blonde hair, my brown
eyes saw my phone light up.
It was Koby.
An instant smile came to my face. Koby was
my ex, but also my best friend. Well,
best guy friend.
I still liked him, maybe even more than like. But
for right now, Im good with just being friends.
He doesnt like me like that anyway.
Koby- Hey
Me- Hey
Koby- Want a ride to school?
Me- We go to different schools though?
Koby- And your point is...? Ill be there in ten.
Me- Haha. Ok see you then.?"
I finished getting ready, grabbed my bag, and went outside.
Usually I walk to school but im happy Koby offered to
take me. Koby pulled up in my driveway, got out, and went over
to open up the passenger door for me.
"Thanks" I said climbing in.
"No problem"
"So. Hows you and Stacey?" I asked. Stacey was
Koby's girlfriend. The same girl he dumped me for. The
same girl that cheated on him with his best friend, Alec.
And the same girl that used him over and over, played him again and again,
and dumped him time after time.
Yet, he still likes her.
"Um...she dumped me. For Alec"

She is sweet, smart, beautiful, and flat out amazing. But thats what society
sees her as. In reality, she is anorexic, and is breaking over an ex.
His name is Koby. They knew each other since kindergarten.
They hung out from kindergarten through second grade, but then
Koby switched schools. Heven forgot about Koby
because she didnt know how much he would mean to her.
But then in the summer before eighth grade, they meet up again.
A week later they end up going out. Heven falls for Koby, hard.
But he dumps her after a month. She was torn.
But to make things worse? Her so called 'best friend', Carrisa,
goes out with him two minutes after. She learned to forgive Carrisa.
But they arent best friends anymore. Her and Claire are.
Anyway, after two years Heven still loves Koby.
But what happens when a new guy, Jadyn, comes into her life, and she falls for him?
And what happens when Koby tells her he loves her, not slutty Stacey (Koby's ex)?
Who will she choose?
Heven has to remind herself, its a one way street. She can only pick one boy.

This will be my next story.

Notes Chapter 8
                     Kaitlyn's POV
I woke up in a hospital bed, wearing the stupid patient gown. i hated hospitals. I looked to my right and saw Kaiden in a chair looking at a magazine. I smiled. Kaiden looked up and saw i was awake. He stood up and sat back down on the corner of my bed. "there you are sleepy head" he whispered. I felt his fingers intertwhine with mine. "what happened?" i asked, sitting up. "Jake accidentaly let the basketball slip away and it went almost twenty mph. it may not seem like alot but thats alot of force to hit your face. Anyway, the ball knocked you down and gave you a black eye but the nurse said that it would heal in a couple of weeks." he said. "wheres my dad?" i asked. "oh he got stuck at work and said that he would be gone for about a month. He said that someone could stay with you, you could stay with someone, or you could goto your brothers. And he left you 300$ for food, your dress, and just to have fun." i smiled. Gosh i loved my dad!
                                       Kaidens POV
Watching Kaitlyn smile made my day. Just knowing that she was okay made my day. "so when can i leave?" she asked. "as soon as you want. My mom said that she will sign you out, and if you want, you can stay in the guest room at our house till your dad gets home." i answered. "mmk ill think bout it" she said. Yep, this is going tobe an amazing month, i thought.

Kaitlyn's POV
The next few days at school were awkward. Me and Kaiden didnt talk, and never told anyone about that day at the park. But then, at lunch, i found a note on my binder.
Dear Kaitlyn,
Hey beautiful. I just wanted to tell you that everything i said at the park was true. I do love you. I hope you feel the same way. I miss that day at the park. It was perfect. At gym, meet me behind the basketball caurt. See yah ;)

Omg! i feel so happy right now. I cant wait till gym!


                                 Kaidens POV
I watched as Kaitlyn read the note i left her. I saw her smile that sweet smile. It made me smile too. I couldnt wait for gym. :)


At gym-----------------
"hey" i said to Kait as she walked up to me. "hey" she said back. "so um...the the um valentines dance is uh in four weeks...you want to um go with me?" i stuttered. "ofcoarse" she exclaimed. I gave her a big hug.

                           Kaitlyns POV
Kaiden embraced me in a hug. He smelt so good. I loved him so much, and was so happy that he asked me to the valentines dance. But, just then, as i seperated from Kaidens warm arms, a basketball came flying at my face. I noticed i was on the ground and saw a bunch of red. The last thing i remember is Kaiden saying "Kait! stay with me please please!" and then he gave me a kiss on my cheek and i saw a tear form in his eyes. Then everything went black.
