I'm not trying to have a pessimistic attitude here, but you can't quite put an end to suicide. Suicide is an action that reflects your emotions. It's kind of like saying you can put an end to happiness; you can't. You can't take someone's happiness away, or their pain. So you can't quite rid suicide. People have a right to feel sad, and want to commit suicide. Suicide is a a bad way to deal with things, yes, I'd be glad is it dispersed into something non existent, but it won't. Making this quote might show people that you care about them, and want them to be safe and okay, but you can'tr rid suicide completely.
