I've had enough. I've gained 5 pounds in the past month

I've had enough. 
I've gained 5 pounds in the past month or two.
It's time to stop. I'm now 7.5 stone. It's rediculous I've let myself 
get into this. I've refused to eat properly. Skip meals at lunch in school, tell my mum I've already ate so she don't need to cook me anything aswell. This is the final straw. My target is 6 stone, so I don't have much to lose! I'll be healthy and fit and NOT the weight I am now.
