My names Chrisi. I grew up in Upstate New York then I moved to Georgia this summer, but my heart will always be in NY. I'm 16 and a Junior in highschool. Sports used to be my life, especially soccer. So theres this guy, I go to school with him and we have every single class together. Me and my friend both like him. He said he kind of likes a different girl in our school (who doesn't like him) My friend said she'd back off since I liked him first but everyone keeps telling me to step up my game and flirt more. Should I bother flirting and stuff If I know he likes her? I don't want him to know I like him encase he doesn't like me because then the entire day would be awackward. What should I do? :(

I have my homecoming dance tonight, I really thought he was going to ask me... but
