insecure

I wish I was a size two.
I wish I weighed twenty pounds less. I want a flat stomach without
love handles. I want thighs that don't jiggle. I want to feel confident
in a bikini.   I want to be able to stick to an exercise/healthy eating
plan for more than a week.   Most of all, I just want to be thin.

every time I look in the mirror,
I feel like crying. I'm so unhappy with the way I look. I hate  
my hair, my body, my teeth, my eyes.        I hate being ugly.
