i know what that feels like. youre depressed. probably with atypical depression. been there. done that. its sucks. you just have to keep your friends and bf close and let them in. the worst thing you can do is shut yourself out. make sure youre eating right too. healthy foods can give you vitamins that will naturally uplift your mood. and remeber to make yourself happy. when you wake up try to think positive. put on fun music and dance around for no reason. stuff like that helped me. every day is a new day and no one deserves to feel horrible. i went through it. it was the worst thing ever. but just stay strong. <3
