1. Wipe off all your make-up.
2. Put down the hairspray,straighteners,curlers.
3. Just shove your hair in a messy bun.
4. Shove your pajamas,sweats or whatever feels comfortable on.
5. Just do the natural look.

Your beautiful without the make-up you don't need that, and hey if people cant see that then they're just plain stupid ♥
