Heidi glared at me and Amy, fire in her eyes, and we took that as a sign to rush back downstairs.

            The music started to hurt my ears again. I saw a crowd gathered at the ‘dance floor’. I saw Tracy among them and she looked really scared. In fact, everyone looked a little scared, except the few that were laughing.
            “What’s going on?” I said, pushing through the crowd as I got up to Tracy.
            I gasped when I saw a guy lying on the ground, his mouth foaming.
            “WHAT HAPPENED?!” I screamed.
            Tracy’s face was red and she looked like she was about to cry, “I don’t know… But he drank the liquid in the thermos thing and—“
            That’s all I could hear before I felt chills running through my body. The music seemed to get louder, and I felt like my head was under tremendous pressure, and I felt like my heart was going to jump out of my chest any second. I turned around and pushed my way out of the crowd, and ran upstairs. I got my bag and quickly changed into my normal clothes and texted my mom, asking her to pick me up at the intersection of Tracy’s street. Hopefully, then she wouldn’t be able to notice that there was a party going on.
            I ran outside and saw police cars starting to pull up into Tracy’s driveway. I felt dizzy. This couldn’t be happening; this was surreal.
            My legs were shaking so badly, I felt like I was gonna fall down. People that were hanging out outside of Tracy’s house, that were doing drugs, making out, etc. freaked out at the sign of police and started running away. I ran with them, my vision blurry, and my heart pounding. All I saw was several police men, getting out of their cars and chasing down the kids. The tears came, this was not happening. All I remember was that I ran as fast I could towards the intersection before I felt two hands grab mine and cuff them up, before I blacked out.
