Get out a pen,
Draw on yourself
Patterns of things that make you angry and make you want to
cut,
Pretend the ink is the blood,
Never press to hard because even the slightest touch makes the
blood lines apper,
Just sit there,
Drawing over yourself until you feel calm.
I promis it works,
It was how I stopped self harming.
