Yeah, split it into parts, recite them while walking and listening to music. Not sure how walking helps, but it definitely does, and if you can recite them to music you can recite them anytime, anywhere :) good luck lovely!
im an actress too, just split up the monolouge into sections and practice section 1 over and over, then sec 2 and then add them together. just go like that until you have it all down :)
