I act like I don't
care
Whenever someone says something to me,
I laugh and shrug it off.
They keep saying it and saying it,
soon other people join in.
When you hear something enough times,
you start to believe it.
And that tears you down.
People don’t realize, there’s only so much
I’m able to handle..

it's been said (and i think proven as well) that if you hear a lie 3 times, you start to believe it. not a lie like "unicorns are real" but a lie like "you're fat." just remember that. because you believe it, that doesn't mean it's true.

You're strong, I'm sure you'll find a way to pull through. You can always talk to me if you need it, even though I haven't been on lately. It's not because I'm going through a rough patch myself, I won't be there for anyone who needs me. Stay strong, and stay yourself. Believe this when I say it. You're a beautiful person, with a beautiful personality.
