You were my shadows,
after you had left me.
I would tell you the weather,
and how the sun felt on my skin.

the shadows, never to see the day.
But see the sky at night, with the stars.
Burning my eyes, at night.

about you, I had once feared the night,
but you always held my hand, till the end.
