we tend to believe that something isn't real until we say

we tend to believe that something isn't real until we say it out loud.
but it isn't that not saying it out loud makes it less real
in fact it makes it just as real the only difference is that you are carrying the weight alone.

the same goes for the good things we fair that if we acknowledge the good things they might disappear.
and thus we keep to ourselves and still they call humans social beings
