then look at your body
realize that you are a living person.
you are going to be imperfect but thats just how life is
if you feel you need to set a goal weight
then set one then
go to a bmi online and enter your height and goal weight
if it is on healthy/normal then complete it
but dont starve yourself,
because you are gonna have alot of problems
and no body gets to a healthy perfect body by starving themselfs.
wake up , eat a nice healthy breakfast and bring some water and go
for a 30 min jog
then when you get home take a nice long bath/shower
put beach house or some peaceful music on
then take a short nap
wake up and make some lunch and a healthy smoothie
and do 50 sit ups , 30 pushups and 2 mins of cycling (laying down and sticking your feel up and rolling them)
every day.
